Paragon Internships

Paragon internships provide rigorous, personalized mentorship in theatre production to students from various backgrounds. Internships can involve the full rehearsal process and run of a production and are tailor made to suit each student's unique goals. Paragon's interns receive valuable hands-on experience through a variety of activities ranging from research, dramaturgy, directing and management to carpentry and learning the intricacies of computerized light boards. Students are mentored closely through Paragon's internship program, where they become an integral part of producing a show, build confidence in their abilities and knowledge, and learn practical skills that may be applied to each student's myriad life experiences outside of the theatre.
