- Born and raised on Long Island, Ms. Davies holds a BA in English Literature from Mount Holyoke College and an MA in journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder. A five-time Denver Post Ovation Award nominee, Ms. Davies has received several awards over the years including the Colorado Theatre Guild's 2007 Henry Award for Outstanding Actress in a Play for her work in Frankie and Johnny in the Claire de Lune. In 2009, she was included in Westword's Best of Denver issue in the category of "Best Season by an Actress." When not working with Paragon, Ms. Davies performs with other companies; past collaborations include those with the Avenue Theater, Curious Theatre Company, Germinal Stage, Modern Muse and Theatreworks in Colorado Springs.
