Design and Technical Opportunities
Paragon hires designers and technicians as independent contractors on a show-by-show basis. Our design process is involved and highly collaborative and respects every individual on staff, from the set designer to the costume run crew members.
Designers and technicians work with Paragon because they get to stretch themselves and take risks in a creative environment that prizes simplicity as a powerful aesthetic.
